The second one is actually good things. There still are good things and good people. Don’t lose hope. Hard, I know, but we will win. WE WILL WIN.

Campbell’s is closing the Hyannis operation. I love Cape Cod Chips. Anyway, here is what Campbell’s says, which I firmly believe is the usual stuff corporations put out when the do these things:

“This difficult decision reflects a careful assessment of our business needs to strengthen our operations and position our Snacks business for long-term growth,”

I think this is corpspeak for “More money. We need to make more money, regardless of the cost to our employees or anyone who is not us.”

I am so over capitalism.
