Just read a thing about people simplifying for one week, limiting themselves to only ten foods:
*Made a list of 10 foods that were the only things we could eat: cheese, frosted mini-wheats, potatoes, water, diet coke, bread, bananas, peanut butter, eggs, chicken
Diet Coke? Diet Coke is not even a food, let alone how bad it is for your body. IDEK
Frosted mini wheats???? I’m not sure eating only 10 foods is a good way of simplifying, maybe eating no processed foods would be a good challenge…
I know. I thought the diet coke was a more egregious affront to sanity than the mini-wheats, though. At least wheat is food. I think. It’s been hybridized and modified so much that it apparently bears no resemblance to the wheat of even 50 years ago. Quit messin’ with my food, people.
